The Signing and Inauguration Ceremony of the Huaxia Yunyi Quzhou Kaihua Low-Altitude Application Training Base Was Successfully Held!

Representatives from the County Transportation Bureau, Zhejiang Open University Kaihua College, and the County Cultural Tourism Group, along with students and instructors specializing in low-altitude fields from Quzhou Vocational and Technical College and drone training participants, gathered to witness this milestone. The successful ceremony marks a key step forward for Huaxia Yunyi in building talent development and safety training systems for the low-altitude economy, injecting new momentum into high-quality regional growth in this sector.

At the ceremony, Yu Runqian, General Manager of the County Cultural and Tourism Group, introduced that the group's operations span six key areas: scenic area management, hotel and dining services, talent training, venue operations, integrated media promotion, and cultural tourism investment. The Group's Common Prosperity Training Center conducts nearly 10 million person-trainings annually. "Kaohua boasts pristine skies and superior ecological resources. With a general aviation airport set to open soon, the region is uniquely positioned to develop its low-altitude economy," said Yu. Moving forward, both parties will drive the widespread adoption of drone technology across multiple scenarios—including low-altitude sightseeing, scenic area inspections, forest fire prevention, and educational training—to integrate resources, innovate business models, and foster deep integration between the low-altitude economy and eco-cultural tourism.

Zhang Shu, Vice President of Huaxia Cloud Wing, emphasized in his opening remarks that "safety is the bottom line for developing the low-altitude economy; only with effective control can we enable open innovation." Addressing the industry-wide pain point of "licensed professionals unable to secure positions," this training base builds a scientific and comprehensive training system centered on "real-world simulation + safety compliance." It ensures graduates are job-ready immediately upon completion, solving the mismatch between talent supply and market demand.

In the future, Huaxia Yunyi will leverage its strengths in aviation education and industry resources to deepen curriculum development, faculty training, and safety system construction at its training bases. We will also expand management training for low-altitude safety and explore innovative business models such as low-altitude cultural tourism and study tours. Together, we will establish Quzhou as a hub for low-altitude talent, gradually serving Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, and Fujian provinces to provide robust talent support for regional low-altitude economic development.

After the ceremony, the delegation visited the training base for a hands-on inspection. They observed and participated in practical drone operations, with a focus on evaluating achievements in safety infrastructure and standardized training procedures.

This collaboration closely aligns with the national strategy for low-altitude economy development, focusing on core areas including drone training, qualification assessments, hands-on practice, and employment placement. We are establishing an integrated comprehensive training base to support high-quality growth of the low-altitude economy industry in Kaihua. Moving forward, both parties will deepen integration between industry and education through comprehensive cooperation in talent development, scenario co-creation, and resource sharing. We will further expand application scenarios in low-altitude tourism, public services, and drone cleaning, promoting standardized and scaled growth of the low-altitude economy sector. This effort will contribute solidly to regional industrial transformation, workforce skill enhancement, and high-quality economic development in the local area.
